Low Calorie Cauliflower Crunch - This is a crunchy comfort food, made into a diet dish. I kept the calories to a minimum, so there is no cheese and they are baked, not deep fried. Just a little oil, lightly sprayed just before cooking
Cut breasts in bite sizes. Put chicken, soy sauce, wine, sesame oil sugar in a bag leave for 2 hrs then drain chicken Add vegetable oil to pan on med heat. Mix cornstarch, flour, salt pepper in big ziploc bag. In 3 batches, add chicken to flour mixture, shake to coat toss in your frying pan till golden brown. Drain on towels. SAUCE: Mix honey, oyster, chili soy sauce ketchup water in pan. Boil then simmer till sauce thickens Pour sauce over chicken toss. Sprinkle w sesame seeds.
