I felt the ghostly presence of the animals, first mule trains from Knysna and then oxen  were used to drag the trees down the slippery slope to the shed and often into the sea for the waiting ships." Made of stones he broke with a hammer, he placed the stones in a circle to symbolise connectivity and encourage people to look at nature with different eyes. A continuous wave in halved rocks.
