A simple freshly painted ladder can provide instant additional vertical space for small gardens. To ensure pots stay put on narrow rungs, drill a long screw up through the underside of the rung so it protrudes up at least 5cm/2in. Sit the pot's drainage hole over the screw tip to secure it into place & plant away! | The Micro Gardener
