Don’t let knee pain stop you from training your legs. Now, not all of these exercises will be good for everyone, but pick and choose what works for you! Mini bands add a great amount of tension to the muscles without any squats or lunges. Repeat each exercise for 40 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest in between repeat for two to three rounds.
