SPUR Chocolate Mousse *6 eggs (separated) *1 slab 85% Lindt Choc *1/2 cup xylitol / erythritol or less to taste *1/2 cup cream. -Makes 6 large portions. 1. Melt chocolate and add egg yolks, cream and xylitol. 2. Bring to the boil until all the xylitol is melted. 3. Beat egg whites until they form very stiff peaks. 4.
