Lemon meringue pie - die egte SA een. Press pie crust (1 pckt tennis biscuits +100g butter) into buttered pie dish. Whisk 1 can condensed milk +1/2c lemon juice. Whisk 2 egg yolks separately. Add. Fill crust. Bake 180Cx10min. Beat with clean whisk in clean bowl 4 egg whites till stiff. Keep beating. Slowly add 150ml castor sugar. Add 1t vanilla +1t lemon juice. Turn oven to 150C. Take out tart, top with beautiful meringue swirls. Bake 150Cx20-30min or to pale gold. Cool completely 4+hours
