For the last one I must say DON'T ADD OIL AND HEAT TOGETHER! When I was cooking and adding in oil and the oil like spilled or something when it was very hot and it stings me. And trust me it is the worst feeling EVER!, it's going to burn your skin and it lasts for a LOOOONG time! After that experience I never stood close to the hot oil or do anything to the spilled oil.
