Position: Press firmly into the ground with your hands and engage your core muscles.Keep your gaze between your hands to maintain balance.Form : Hold the handstand position against the wall for as long as possible.Focus on keeping your body in a straight line and your core engaged.Tips: Start with shorter holds and gradually increase the duration as you build strength and confidence.Use the wall for support if you feel unsteady or lose balance.
