Going all out for someone special on Valentines Day doesn’t always have to be expensive. I put together this Valentines Day set up in my apartment for less than $25 at Dollar Tree. (There were a lot more balloons on the floor in the end lol) I purchased 6 packs of balloons ($1 each), a balloon bouquet($8), 3 packs of streamer ($1 each, tape ($1), rose petals ($1 for 300 petals), and a card ($1). Thick foam board from craft store, solo cups hot glued on, small prizes, tissue paper & rubber bands. They did balloon relay races to the finish to punch a prize.
