1. Bicep curl
2. Side raise 
3. Tricep Kickbacks
4. Front raise 
5. Pull back
6. Tricep Extensions
7. Pec dec
8. Shoulder press

Do 4 x singles, 2 x triple pulse, 1 x 7 pulses
Twice for each move & repeat the exercise sequence 2 or 3 times!

Now - don’t let perfect get in the way of good!  I train my arms all the time and I still have small flaps BUT at least my arms are toned and skin is tighter due to muscle mass.   Therefore - Start training your arms ladies! Feel confident in sleeveless tops and it just takes some consistency. Like I always say - there is no PILL 💊 to build muscle - you have to do the work!!
