The best exercises for your glutes all involve hip extension and full range of motion (ROM). These are just some of the exercises I incorporate into my glute-focused routine for the best results! They are a mixture of isolated moves with a splash of compound moves (3rd exercise). So unless you are NOT trying to grow a 🍑, I suggest staying away from this routine! 😉

Circuit One:
- 15 Weighted Cable Side Squat per side 
- 15 Straight Leg Side Kick per side

👍🏼This is something I commonly cover with my one-on-one clients. The key here is to gain the ability to feel the glute working and contributing to the motion we want it to, equally on both sides. If there is one side that feels much different, we do a deeper evaluation to figure out why.
