I added this pin because as a future teacher it is important to address the rules that you want to set in the class for each student. This pin is colorful and has simple rules that a kindergarten kid can grasp.

High expectations are important in any upper elementary classroom and there are THREE ways that I make sure that I am set up for success. I use classroom management routines all about respect and create a classroom charter. I also intentionally teach research-backed lessons all about growth mindset.
