Not sure what to title this one, but this is my attempt at the style of the awesome Stephen Gammell. His illustrations from the old Scary Stories series are just terrifyingly beautiful. I've been obsessed since I was a kid. If you don't already have the original books, do yourself a favor and get them.

"The Walk" is the second story included in the book Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark. A boy's uncle is walking down a lonely road when he comes upon a man who is also walking on the road. The boy's uncle is scared of the man and the man is scared of the uncle but they both keep walking. It is getting dark.
