A few weeks ago, I faced my own “worst period ever.” To prepare my body for the next cycle, I tried a couple of simple tricks to return menstrual flow back to normal. And I’m happy to say that I successfully lessened my menstrual bleeding and brought my body back to my normal! I had zero PMS symptoms and a light-mod flow and started the exact day I was supposed to. Win-win!
