World War I & World War II on Instagram: "German armor in action in eastern Ukraine (possibly in the Kharkov region) during the late summer of 1942, filmed in original color. These tanks are only identified as being elements of the Sixth Army. Panzer IIIs and IVs are the main type here, and every now and then an SdKfz 251/10 Ausf. D with a 37mm anti-tank gun is visible.

Not an expert on German armor, so bear with me as I attempt to identify what variations of tanks are visible here, but I believe there are Panzer III Ausf. Gs or Hs (short 50mm KwK 38 L/42 gun), Panzer III Ausf. Js or Ls (longer 50mm KwK 39 L/60 gun), Panzer IV Ausf. F1s (short 75mm KwK 37 L/24 gun with support mechanism beneath barrel), and Panzer IV Ausf. F2s (long 75mm KwK40 L43 gun)."
