Mountain village

A snow village living against a steep mountain cliff. Known as the mountain people, they only leave the safety of her village once a year during the longest summer day. It is the only day where the weather will not kill them and long enough for them to get out of the mountain range and back. Just long enough. One single delay of a couple seconds and they will suffer coming back. Some even opt to stay away for the year, only returning the following year.

A village locked away in the mountains. A perfect holiday ski destination. There are no paths so people ski or sledge from building to building, forced to hike back up. The perfect place to relax, though it is run by a range of magical beasts, ones humans often relate to bad. With demons, vampires, orcs, and more as the residents, humans struggle to get used to their kindness. Not all are evil.
