🅡🅔🅒🅘🅟🅔 (Makes one 6-inch round focaccia or 1 regular loaf pan 9x4x4” ) 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp water / 95g *1 cup flour / 125g 2g Instant Yeast (or 20g levain) 1/2 Tsp Salt / 3g 1/2 - 1 Tsp Olive Oil / 4g Any seeds of your choice (optional) *Bread Flour preferred If using All-Purpose Flour, I would suggest reducing water to 1/3 cup or 80g as it is less absorbent :) Toppings: Cheese Cubes Tomatoes Basil Leaves 🅜🅔🅣🅗🅞🅓 ғɪʀsᴛ ᴘʀᴏᴏғ ➡️ Mix water, flour and yeast and set and let it sit for 30min. ➡️ Add s Mini Focaccia, Home Made Puff Pastry, Framed Recipes, Focaccia Recipe, Cheese Cubes, No Knead, Basil Leaves, Tomato Basil, Instant Yeast

Today is one of those mini focaccia days! You can bake this with a tart or burger ring, or even just a ramekin! I used 40g flour (and 32g water,8g starter, a sprinkling of salt and a drizzle of olive oil) to make this baby foccacia and topped it with bits of Brie cheese and purple onion.
