Important tips: wipe everything down with vinegar, weigh all ingredients before starting, use powder food coloring, turn on fans around you, use silicone mats, turn your pan unside down to ensure good airflow in the oven, i rested my macarons for about 10-15 mins before baking, after baking dont touch them until you can easily remove from mat.
