VCCP London and illustrator Andrew Hudson have refreshed TfL’s Public Transport Safety messaging with some striking graphics.

No need to miss the City and a brilliant backdrop for those video conference calls. Wonderful geometric abstract London Popart painting based on the underground map. Daily life in London usually involves using the tube and these iconic symbols and colours are part of the fabric of the City. These minimalist pieces of art will add some real style to your interior. A classic iconic design with a simplicity which is art in itself.

David Shrigley and London mayor Sadiq Khan have announced a new series of artworks by UK and international artists for the #LondonIsOpen campaign. The works by ten artists will be shown across the city’s tube network, with the first four by Shrigley, Mark Titchner, Tania Bruguera and Gillian Wearing unveiled today.

Platform for Art is an enterprising scheme to install art works at various sites on the London Underground network. Most of these art works take the form of billboards or posters. It began with the redundant District Line platform at Gloucester Road station, which has hosted a series of billboards. Other Platform for Art projects in 2004 have included Mark Titchner, Muntean/Rosenblum and Emma Kay.

VCCP has released TFL ads which highlight improvements to the system. This is their first campaign since winning the account last year.
