Jen McGrath on Instagram: "Strength exercises for inverts! 💪🏾 I teach this exercise to my students to help them train the pelvic tuck position and strengthen the legs. Level 1 - is great to understand the movement without having to lift that body off the floor. Work on moving your body out of the way and tilting the pelvis. An easier version is to bend the legs. Level 2 - is with a little bum lift, try to keep the momentum as you lift the legs from the floor. Bend the knees for an easier version. Level 3 - Be careful of how low you are to the floor if you complete the full invert, you can also take it into an outside leg hang and slowly slide down for an easier version. Safety first - always go with your level, use a spotter or a mat when trying new moves. I'm available for pr Floor Work, Strength Exercises, Pole Dance Moves, Move Your Body, Safety First, Strength Workout, Level 3, Pole Dance, Pole Dancing

I added this into my routine for London Pole championships. 🤩 I’ve added a slo mo version in after incase anyone wants to save and try. Safety first- this is an advanced move, make sure you work up slowly and always have a spotter or a crash mat. 🎥 @thefitnesshangout #poleflip #pdbrassmonkeyflip #heelstricks #pdheelstricks #pdheelsflips #advancedpole #pdadvanced #poledance | Pole Dance | YABØII · Take me to Church Crash Mat, Pole Moves, Brass Monkey, Pole Dance Moves, Take Me To Church, My Routine, Pole Fitness, Safety First, Pole Dance
