This is a negative thoughts jar! For every negative thought you have about your self you have to put a quarter in the jar and a compliment on your wall. At the end of the week count your quarters and read your compliments. Try each week to put less and less quarters in the jar. At the end of each month you can spend your quarters on what ever makes you happy and sit and read your compliments! All you need is a jar or container and sticky notes or just paper and tape.
