I know this crash sounds violent. That’s because it is. You have officially hit the burnout stage and you need to rest and regroup. If you are like me, this regrouping takes a hot minute. Like hours really. Sometimes days. Then I get so comfortable doing nothing and so afraid of the next crash that I just camp out for a while and avoid all the things. I’m not advising you to do this, I’m just telling you what I do.

INFJ Problems Pretty much spot on - unfortunately- not the forgiving. I can do that fine but it won't mean I will be friends or even know you anymore. Stuff I need to forgive is BIG stuff and then that usually means we are done.

A lot of people ask me how to know, for sure, for sure, if you are actually an INFJ. It seems like there are more people interested in the INFJ type recently because for some reason it has become trendy to be INFJ. It’s nice that there is more attention being drawn to the type, but it also leads to confusion. Everyone wants to be rare, but unfortunately, not everyone is actually rare.
