Dr Chisako PT, DPT PCES on Instagram: "Carpal tunnel is pretty common during pregnancy and postpartum. You can even do these exercises for hand pain or cramping. Try stretching your wrist both into flexion and extension, opening and closing your hand with a rubber band and small ball. Working on the small intrinsic muscles of your hand will make a difference in pain and tightness. Try 30 squeeze and opening, and 20 sec x 3 each side for the stretches. #carpaltunnel #hand #wrist #pain #pregnant #postpartum #pregnancy #PT #physicaltherapy #NJ #concierge #Michigan #stretch #movement #traveler" Physical Therapy, Carpoltunal Relief Hands, Flexion And Extension, Wrist Pain, Hand Pain, Hand Wrist, Carpal Tunnel, Rubber Band, Postpartum
