Most of us don't get enough sleep. We are staying up way too late and waking up tired. Here's how to go to bed earlier so you get the sleep your body needs!

Do you sleep better in pitch black? Yes, unless full, inky darkness is so unnerving to you that you find it hard to get to sleep in the first place and so, don’t sleep restfully. However, sleeping and getting to sleep is only half of the story; the other half being the need to ultimately wake up without a jolt, and to feel rested and refreshed when you do. Pitch black might not be best for this side of things, which I’ll go into in more detail within this blog post.
