Dress purchased on Amazon. Bought a fire backdrop, glued to foam roll and cut out. Sewed a hula hoop to the inside of the dress and then sewed the foam to the hula hoop. Bought a Gorilla Glue hot gun and hot glued the hay around the bottom. Bought a piecenof wood trim from Home Depot and burned it with a food torch. Rope from Michaels. Won costume contest:)
