When I started this garden there was only one raised bed for flowers, and a large patch of grass. And although the house is no cottage, I always loved the romantic feel of the english cottage garden borders and so I trawled magazines looking for where to begin. These perennials came up time and time again, and so I bought 3 of each (💡plants look best in groups of odd numbers).

Fast forward 5 years and the same plants are going strong, having been divided or propagated through cuttings to fill my ever multiplying borders.
