society’s comments and trends effect teenagers by social media, and rumors going around about society’s beauty standards, teenagers start comparing to magazines, other students, and people older that have gotten filters or plastic surgerys, it effects how teenagers see themselves and they might start having body dysmorphia or a eating disorder, older when they grow up then may get plastic surgery(s) just cause of society’s beauty standards and social media trends.

I worry about our collective mental health and well-being. I worry about what this is doing to our brain chemistry — if the use of social media and all the hate therein is fundamentally changing our brains at a molecular level that will get passed down to the next generations.
