Different dance styles

A couple of words that describes me would be active, energetic, and silly. One way that I do like to express ways that I feel is through dance. Dance is a stress reliever for me along with music. I listen to all types of music country, pop, rock, R & B, just about anything that i can sing along with. Dance and music is incorporated in all cultures throughout the world to express how people feel.
