Ingredients:
1/2 cup Toor dal
1/2 cup Moong dal
-Wash 3 times and soak for 30 minutes 
- Add the soaked dal into the pressure cooker along with 
1 Black elaichi
1/2 tsp Turmeric
2 small Bay leaf
4 cups Water
1 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Salt
- pressure cook for 3 whistles on high.
- let the pressure release on its own and keep it aside.
- in a kadai add
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Cumin 
7-8 Garlic sliced
- sauté for a minute 
2 big Onion chopped 
- Saute 2 mins
2 Green chilli finely chopped 
2 Tomato chopped 
- Saute 5-7 mins
1/2 tsp Coriander pwd
1/2 tsp cumin  pwd
1/2 Chill pwd
1/2 Turmeric pwd
- sauté for 2 mins on low flame.
- wash, pat dry and chop 500g fresh Palak/ spinach.
- add to the kadai.
- cook for 5-7 minutes. Add the cooke Toor Dal, Moong Dal, Food Indian, Video Creator, Bay Leaf, Green Chilli, Bay Leaves, 7 Minutes, Steamed Rice

Sagarika🌻Swagatika on Instagram: "Dal Palak!!😍  Step by step recipe: ▪️Wash and soak 1/2 cup toor dal, 1/2 cup masoor dal and 1/2 cup moong dal for 30 minutes. ▪️Transfer the soaked dal to a pressure cooker. Add water. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix them. ▪️Cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Keep aside. ▪️Wash and chop spinach leaves. Keep aside. ▪️Heat oil in a pot. ▪️Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 4 dried red chillies. Let them sizzle. ▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp chopped ginger.
