Ingredients:
Cucumber( chopped) - 1 cup( roughly 2 cucumbers)
Red chili- 4
Garlic( with skin)- 5
Mint leaves - 10
Roasted peanuts- 1/2 cup
Salt- 1 teaspoon 
Tamarind.
For tempering:
Mustard- 1 teaspoon
Urad dal- 1/2 teaspoon 
Red chili- 1
Oil- 1 teaspoon 

Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender without adding water.
Add water after grinding and adjust consistency according to your preference.
Blend it coarsely.
