Famous Bury hamburger sauce recreated here for 12 burgers: 2 cups ketchup, 4 cups water, 2 tsp mustard, 2 tsp vinegar, 4 Tblsp brown sugar, 8 Tblsp dried onion,2 Tblsp Worsc sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer with a dozen hamburgers (med rare). Simmer burgers in sauce for at least an hour. I do this then let sit overnight.
