Summer is near and what better way to keep cool than with a lime sorbet garrafa style. “Garrafa style” is one of the most common ways to prepare this frozen treat. Its preparation is very basic because of the type of equipment used: a wooden bucket, a smaller steel bucket and large spoon to stir.
