I don't know how to describe this. Yes, it's a chess set, but it's exquisite! Each piece is a unique tiny sculpture unto itself. Hand crafted and hand painted doesn't begin to describe the labor intensive process required to make a set of this quality. Each piece is "planted" in a tiny planter. Pawns are mounted in "soil" with paper pebbles. The major pieces have lush foliage and are planted in slightly larger planters. The color of the planters is a faux teak. Colors on one side are blue…
