David Johnson Ceramics on Instagram: "In this reel I’m making an extruded vase. This is a new design that I came up with late last year and was pleased with the outcome. I’m making them in two sizes, this one being the smaller of the two.  I love how simple the initial creation of the form is. I’ve learned over the years that the less I touch the clay, the better it looks.  I’m planning on loading up the bisque kiln soon and hope to have my first batch of glazed pots finished in a couple weeks. Stay tuned for a shop update in the coming weeks."
