Bombay Toast (Indian Masala French Toast) is a fabulous savoury French Toast recipe, with its roots in Mumbai (Bombay) street food. Made with slices of fluffy white bread, which is soaked in a spicy, savoury egg and milk mixture, it makes a wonderful breakfast, brunch or supper dish.
