Defaulting to “adding more core exercises” isn’t going to fix your seat… Everyone’s immediate advice is to do tons of core exercises to become a better barrel racer. That’s the easy answer… the obvious one. BUT strictly focusing on your core (and tons of cardio) is not going to keep you from getting popped out of the saddle every time your horse rates for the turn… You need to place an importance on other muscle groups like your hips, glutes, legs, etc. When you target those areas (alo Core Exercises, Exercises, Cardio, Videos, Barrel Racing, Muscle Groups, Barrel Racing Exercises, Exercise, Workout
