For today's Free for All Challenge (F4A111 - Celebrate the Dragon - make an asian-themed card). I used mostly embossing folders for this card with only one small stamping in the middle. I kept the red and black color palette that Rose had used, but having no Asian DP I had to use versamark and embossing to make a background paper. I liked where the fan hit the image panel so I decided to cut out the edge so the panel would fit beneath it. I added three tiny rhinestones to the fan for more emphasis!
This was inspired by looking thru the very first issue of Take Ten. Remember those? The cards were simpler way back then. The panel with the koi is dp, so just stamp, emboss, tear edges, bling and done. Simple, though I could never make a card in ten minutes!
Hello paper crafters, The card I have created today has a very simple design as well as a color scheme. However, I am going to add much more interest to it by creating the complex dimension.
