Over 30 years ago, he lost his baby daughter Brittany at the age of 9 months. Since this was before the digital age he only had two pictures of her and not a single picture holding her in his arms. We can’t fill the hole left in my husband`s heart by her passing, but this painting gave my husband something impossible to recreate: the memory of holding her in his arms. This giant painting now hangs above our fireplace and will have a permanent home there for the years to come.
