The truth is, I keep things simple. I walk my dogs, I try to stretch for 10 minutes, and I attempt to meditate for 10 minutes (although these two are the hardest for me!). 

My mainstay is a 15-minute workout every weekday. That’s it! I mix in strength training, body conditioning, and a little high-energy exercise to keep me feeling good. And guess what? It works! 💪✨
