Adding marine protein peptides can help your joints move more easily and may reduce the risk of joint deterioration. It is also essential to maintaining healthy bones.

ake sure you open it in a place that is easily cleaned. One of my spoons that I used went through the dishwasher and still had some residual charcoal on it. No worries, though. It's safe. I was having some tummy issues and after a glass of the coconut activated charcoal, my tummy was better. I think it does warn that you shouldn't do it too often or there's the chance of constipation. I don't use it every day. I like to use it when I've had too many processed foods or alcohol as a little detox.
I have alot of stomach issues and am always looking for things to help with my digestive systems. I ordered this Premium Coconut Charcoal to try in our smoothies. My husband is very picky so I knew I would have to sneak it in. I made smoothies and followed what the package said for serving measurement. It turned tge smoothie black so I was a little scared it would be bad tasting. It wasn't it was delicious you can't taste the charcoal at all. I was very surprised no issues with my stomach after
love this stuff. Even though it is mess I still love it. So many uses for it! I mainly use it for whitening my teeth. It does an amazing job!! I leave it on for about 3-5 minutes depending on how big of a hurry I am. I can’t wait to try a face mask and lots of other things with it. I like to use it on bug bites, boils, splinters, and such. You put in on the area as needed. You will only need a small amount of the charcoal then cover with a Band-Aid for up to twelve hours.
Their are many good reasons to have this and hand and many uses. It came with an eBook chalk full if them. Hair, skin, detox ect....but I like to have it around for accidental poisen ingestion or food poisoning. Charcoal powder has this cool habit of absorbing toxins and poisons so your body doesn't. It even helps if you drink too much (I never do that) including helping out with a hangover.
I have been using this daily in our smoothies as a detox. It does make it look black and gross but you can not taste the activated charcoal. The bag says that their is a scoop included but I haven't stuck my hand in the bag to see. Activated charcoal can be messy. We do enjoy taking this three times a week as part of our detoxing routine. I use activated charcoal in soaps for acne prevention. I use it for upset stomach, bug bites, food poisoning, detox teeth whitening and face masks.
. At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like this black drink I was about to try. I took a sip and was surprised that I didn't mind the taste at all. As a matter of fact, it doesn't seem to have much of a taste at all. I don't think I will have a problem detoxifying with this Coconut Activated Charcoal Powder. I will just have to make sure to drink it here at home, that way I can brush my teeth afterwards.
I made a paste with the activated charcoal, using 1 ½ Tablespoon of charcoal with 1 ½ teaspoon of water. To me, the mixture was too thick, so I added another half of teaspoon of water. It seemed to be a bit better, as in a better texture, so I would be able to smooth onto my face, and the mask not roll up, but I would suggest maybe 2 ½ teaspoons of water, because the mask dried to fast.
I make handcrafted bath products, soaps , scrubs & mask. So when I saw Zen Principle had a coconut activated charcoal I jumped on the chance to review this product. At a discounted price, for an honest review. Activated Charcoal is messy and there are different quality regardless of if the seller says its food grade or not. I love this product from Zen, love the fact it contains coconut as well. Activated Charcoal is 100% the best way to help "pull" out toxins in out bodies, either from skin car
Lets face it, talking about intestinal issues and gas is embarrassing. Especially as a woman! At least for me anyways, growing up I was made to believe that it was not OK for girls to fart. As adults though, can't we all just accept the fact that we all fart and poop and that it's natural? Is it gross? Sure. But some people suffer from the normal fart or number 2 bathroom emergency alot more then others
So what i did was I mixed some of this charcoal with some water to make a paste. then i rubbed in all over my face. I waited till it dried completely and then washed it off. I used a coconut oil and sugar mixture to scrub off the charcoal off my pores. Then i washed my face with mild soap. My face was SO clean and soft afterward! I wash my face with that soap all the time so i know it wasnt the soap that did it. and the sugar scrub didnt absorb the dirt in my pores - so it was definitely the cha
#2 nose strips - here is a awesome little trick for all of you with blackheads like me . Go get some unflavored gelatin, milk and this powder and follow this recipe. Put like 3 teaspoons of milk and 1 heaping teaspoon of this charcoal powder into a small glass cup or bowl ( something that will hold heat ) and put it into the microwave for about 45 sec - make sure the milk is boiling hot (you have to do this first or the gelatin won't do right) then after you remove it from microwave add 3 teaspo
I have heard a bunch of excellent benefits about this activated coconut charcoal and decided to see what all the rave was about. I decided to go with the Zen Principle brand because it is a food grade charcoal. Since I would be putting it in my mouth this was a must for me. So over the past 2 days I have been using this activated coconut charcoal as a toothpaste. I used a very simple recipe that I made myself.
The charcoal that I am using is currently the hardwood produced by zen principle...it is amazing. So much in fact I had to have the coconut version, which I will start using as soon as I finish my bag of hardwood activated charcoal. My skin is super sensitive and I am about to hit my late 30's, and I keep it simple when it comes to skincare...so I mixed the charcoal, benonite clay and water together to make a hydrating, deep cleansing mask
