Horsetail (Equisetum Hyemale) - Zone 3-11 Full Sun-Dappled Shade.3'-4' Height with 1/3" diameter cylindrical stems.Tropical looking reed-like, fast-growing, evergreen perennial. Thrives where moist but where the plant can remain above water-Don't allow to dry out or totally submerge in water. Vigorously spreads by shallow rhizomes and can be invasive. Great for vertical architectural interest or as backdrop/around edges of a water feature. Propagated by clump division (immediately replant).
