Circuit Training Workouts
Here are 4 five-minute mini circuits. Mini circuits are very simple and self-regulating, but they’re also a very effective way to train. They’re not necessarily better than regular circuits, but they are different. And, when it comes to working out at home and keeping things fresh and exciting, different is good.
Cross training workouts. Incorporate intervals of running with resistance and plyometric exercises. This can be done absolutely anywhere and at any time. All you need is you, and a little creativity. Absolutely no equipment necessary.
