When I was going through treatments for cancer 3 years ago I learned a lot about the foods I needed to eat and asparagus was one of them. I would make this at a minimum of once a week and it is absolutely delicious. I even got my husband hooked on asparagus with this recipe.
this is just a quick post that goes with another recipe i'm posting in a minute. this balsamic reduction was used in our asparagus-gruyere tart, but can be used so many different ways. this easy treat can be paired with meats, fruits, vegetables, or drizzled on salads to take them from ordinary to extraordinary.
