So haben wir's gemacht: Zutaten für eine Rolle: Für den Boden: • Ca. 24 Löffelbiskuits (je nach Größe eurer Servierplatte) • kalte Milch zum tränken der Löffelbiskuits Für die Creme: • 300 ml flüssige Schlagsahne • 300 g Mascarpone • 40g Zucker • 1 Vanillezucker 1 Dose Pfirsiche Für die Deko: Zubereiteter Guss aus: • 125 ml gelber Saft (z.B. Mango-Maracuja) • 0,5 Päckchen heller Tortenguss • 1Teelöffel Zucker 1-2 Maracujas • 1 Pfisich • Gänseblümchen • 2-3 Esslöffel Creme Zubereitung: 1. Eine Servierplatte mit Frischhaltefolie belegen. • 2. Die Löffelbiskuits in der Milch wenden und längs immer zwei Biskuits nebeneinander legen. • 3.
