Recipe video above. The dough for this recipe is ridiculously easy to make with only a minute or two of kneading. The bread is soft and pliable so it's perfect for using as a wrap, stuffed with whatever takes your fancy. It's also a great make ahead recipe - the dough keeps for around 3 days. Pita recipe -Review- I tried these and mine didn't puff up quite as big as the picture. I'm pretty sure it was my fault they didn't puff, but they still taste great with homemade hummus! :) It was incredibly easy to make these and if you have a kitchenaid it requires very little work.

Marie Biscuit Fudge Recipe - kiddie fave.  Crush 2 pkts Marie biscuits. Melt 250g butter slowly. When cooled slightly, add 2 beaten eggs - mix well. Add 500gm icing sugar, 2 T cocoa and 1 t vanilla essence - mix well.  Place mix on baking tray or bowl, spread evenly, cool in fridge for 2 hrs. Cut it in desired size squares. Keep in cool place or fridge.
