White Chocolate Lemon Truffles:: 1 c white chocolate - Ghirardelli white chips 5 T unsalted butter - (salted - don't add any extra salt in the end) 3 T heavy cream Pinch of salt 1 tsp. Lemon extract Powdered sugar, for rolling 1 lemon for zesting to garnish Melt all on double boiler then chill at least 2hrs or over night. Scoop out & make balls then roll in powder sugar. Zest can be in the truffles or out.
