Marinated Olives with Feta Cheese ¼ cup olive oil 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp. crushed garlic 2 tsp. dried herbs ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper 2 cups mixed green and black olives 1 cup diced feta cheese In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, herbs and pepper. Add olives and feta; toss to coat. Store in an airtight container for at least 30 minutes before serving.
