50min · 8 servings Recipe: • Marinade: • -1/2 Cup (125ml) water • -1 sheet nori • -2 Tbsp soy sauce • -3 Tbsp vinegar • -optional 1/2 cooked beet root • Blend it • „Fish“: • -400g firm Tofu (patted dried, cut into thin filets) • Score it as shown in the video using two chopstick to prevent cutting through • Marinate 30mins • -1/2 Cup (60g) corn starch • Dredge the tofu in corn starch, fry in some oil for a few mins each side. • Glaze: • -1/3 cup (80ml) soy sauce • -1/4 cup (60ml) orange juice • -2 Tbsp maple syrup • -juice of 1/2 lemon • -1/2 Tsp each garlic powder, chili flakes and ginger powder • -2 Tsp corn starch • Mix and add to the tofish to glaze

4 eggs 150g butter Zest of 2 lemons organic Juice of 1 lemon 150g sugar 150g whole cream 240g flour 8g baking powder 1 pinch of fleur de sel all ingredients must be at room temperature Soaking syrup 40g sugar 40g lemon juice 40g water Put everything in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and set aside. Cake mixture: Mix the sugar with the zest and butter, add the eggs then the cream Mix the flour, add the lemon juice, baking powder, and salt, and add them to the egg mixture.
