PANNA COTTA au LIMONCELLO Chauffer doucement 1/4 l de lait. Ajouter 500 g de mascarpone; bien mélanger pour le faire fondre. Ajouter 80 g de sucre, le zeste d’1 citron finement haché et 2 à 3 cuillerées à soupe de limoncello. Ajouter 2 g d'agar-agar et amener le tout à ébullition pendant 30 secondes. Couper le feu. Verser dans des verrines. Laisser refroidir puis placer au réfrigérateur pendant 2 heures minimum. Au moment de servir, arroser la panna cotta d’une lichette de limoncello.
