Thuli Mthembu and Rene Steward of our Johannesburg office have closed a deal with Hililtrading. They are a new African food business who are now occupying a 70 square metre premises. Mark Gedrych has concluded a deal with Bean There Coffee Company, who will take occupation of 50 Wale Street, Cape Town – a free-standing double storey building. The sale of 55 Neptune Street in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, was concluded in October 2011 by Galetti’s Carl Chapman for a cash price of R 10 million. It was sold to a Mr Alan Raab, who has subsequently refurbished the entire building which now houses the companies ‘Hydron’ and ‘Electrowave.’
Mark Gedrych is in with another deal completed. He’s sold a landmark free-standing heritage building in Spin Street in the Cape Town central business district for R13 million.
