The sale of 55 Neptune Street in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, was concluded in October 2011 by Galetti’s Carl Chapman for a cash price of R 10 million. It was sold to a Mr Alan Raab, who has subsequently refurbished the entire building which now houses the companies ‘Hydron’ and ‘Electrowave.’
